Main mission: is responsible for defining, building and managing the employee skills development policy in relation to the strategic objectives of the company.
Description of tasks
|Identify the areas of training to be developed in relation to the strategic orientations of the company (drafting of the training orientation note);Develop a coherent educational project related to the overall objectives;Provide advice and support to managers and employees on all matters relating to training;Collect the needs expressed by employees, managers, staff representatives;Submit the training plan to the social partners for an advisory vote;Ensure the implementation of the training plan (reporting and specific studies);Call for tenders to meet specific operational needs;Meet and select external service providers (training organizations, consulting firms) according to the educational requirements of the training plan;Validate the feasibility and relevance of the proposals, in pedagogical and budgetary terms, negotiate training services if necessary;Set up a system for evaluating training actions;Quality assessment of the trained collaborator (hot and / or delayed), possibly by tests;Identify the areas of development, develop progression plans to optimize the impact of training actions;Communicate with the management and employees of the company about the results obtained;Follow the application of the plan and training projects in compliance with legal agreements and obligations;Perform a regulatory watch on the legal obligations of the company;Ensure relations with joint collecting agencies;Develop tax returns, manage mandatory contributions and the apprenticeship tax, complete the educational and financial report.Communicate to the service pays for absences (departures in training);Define with management and monitor the annual or multi-year training budget;Optimize the means of financing the various training schemes;Manage the training department team (training managers and managers);Supervise the proper coordination of schedules (trainers, convocations, information of employees, premises ...);Regularly participate in operational meetings to learn about managers' issues and better support them in developing the skills of their teams. Training and experience
- BAC +5 (master) specialized in human resources management, training engineering;
- Have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in human resources functions, ideally in training, in a company or firm.
