ECOBANK Cameroun S.A. is recruiting a Mobile Banking Support Officer ready to work across the national territory. The position is based in Douala.
JOB PURPOSE

To coordinate the support function and incident management within Ecobank Mobile.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

AGENT MANAGEMENT

Management of Agent recruitment process
Execution of Operations Support function
Ecobank Mobile Incident Management
Manage key Agent account
Provide 1st -3rd Line support for agents

3rd LINE ESCALATION RESOLUTION

Contact point for escalation of Line issues to technical teams
Timely follow up of all issues escalated and follow up to resolution within SLA.
Documentation and communication of all lessons & feedback received

DEVELOP OPERATIONS SUPPORT SCHEDULES

Develop and monitor schedules.
Operations Support Schedules- monthly schedule prepared 1 month in advance.
Agent. New functionality – Immediate upon signing of contract
Branch support- Immediate upon commencement of Operations

SUPPORT NEW FUNCTIONALITY ROLL-OUTS

Develop and manage itinerary
Ensure that stakeholders are confident on functionality
Coordinate dedicated support during roll out phase.

REPORTING

Submit weekly reports & ad-hoc reports where requested
Manage DSA report feedback

JOB PROFILE

Skills and Experience

At least Bachelor in, Marketing, Sales, IT, Economics or another related field.
Control of banking operations, of bank products and transfer products
Products sales
To be perfectly bilingual (French / English)
Age between 21 and 32 years old
At least 2 years’ experience in Banking or similar company

Management & Capacities

To be organised
To be honest and rigorous in his work
Take initiatives
Ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment
To have excellent computer skills (Package Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power point)
Results oriented

Reporting :

Reports to Head Consumer Marketing, Customer Analytics & Digital Channels
