HR Supervisor

TRANSSION HOLDINGS is the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM Limited. A global company with offices in many countries and regions.  We are looking for a Human Resources Supervisor. 

Key Accountabilities:     

  • Organize the development of enterprise recruitment, training and performance appraisal system, the formulation of human resources job description and management process;    
  • Responsible for the implementation of recruitment plan, assist in interview    
  • Responsible for the staff's entry and exit procedures, deal with labor contract disputes    
  • Responsible for employee's salary accounting, tax and social insurant payment 

Qualifications and experience :     

  • Min bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management    
  • Maximum 3 years working experience, at least 1 year in HR team management    
  • Professional human resources management skills, familiar with human resources management processes and related laws and regulations and policies;    
  • Participated in the relevant human resources management, labor laws and regulations and other aspects of training work; 

Capabilities and Skills :     

  • Ability to work out of the country;    
  • Ability to solve problems;    
  • Good communication skills;    
  • Fluent in English & French (written and spoken);    
  • Good analytical skills;    
  • Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure;    
  • Hard working, Responsible, with a high degree of enthusiasm for work.
