- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Work with Dubai office and arrange clearance documents when goods arrive
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Perform all administrative tasks
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Bachelor in business administration.Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- 4 years proven administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills and good mastery of MS package
- Solid knowledge of office procedures.
- Multilingual may be preferred or required but with excellent English proficiency
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
